In July 2012, Armstrong filed a lawsuit in America District Courtroom to the Western District of Texas, requesting that the court docket "bar USADA from pursuing its scenario or issuing any sanctions towards him" depending on the claim that "USADA procedures violate athletes' constitutional rights to a fair demo, and that the company does not have
